Solutions for Gas Turbines

Fuel Hose Assemblies
Flexible braided hoses carrying natural gas or liquid fuel from control valves to the combustor fuel injectors. FMH fuel hoses accommodate engine casing growth and vibration while maintaining a secure, leak-tight fuel supply. 

Lubrication Oil Hoses & Tubes
Flexible lines for turbine lube oil systems, used to feed and return oil to bearings and gearboxes. Our designs handle hot oil temperatures and constant motion without fatigue, ensuring continuous lubrication and cooling of vital engine parts. 

Fire Suppression Lines
Metallic hose assemblies and tubing for fire extinguishing systems in turbine enclosures. In an emergency, these lines deliver suppressant agents (e.g. CO₂ or foam) reliably. FMH fire suppression hoses are built to survive high heat, so they function when they’re needed most.

Proven Extreme-Environment Performance
Our hose assemblies and expansion joints have thrived in rocket launch vehicles, fighter jets, and commercial aircraft engines. They tolerate temperatures from deep cryogenic up to 1200°F (649°C), pressures of several thousand psi, and intense vibration. This margin of performance ensures that in a turbine enclosure – typically ~300–500°F with pressure spikes – our products operate well within a gas turbine engine's temperature range with built-in safety headroom. 

All-Metal, Fire-Resistant Construction
FMH specializes in flexible stainless steel and high-nickel alloy hoses with braided reinforcement. Our all-metal assemblies are inherently fireproof and do not degrade in heat. In the event of a fire or surge, an FMH fuel hose will continue to function long enough to shut down safely, preventing catastrophes. Fire safety comes standard with our designs. 

Aerospace Quality Systems
We are AS9100D and ISO9001 certified, with NADCAP-accredited special processes (welding, brazing, etc.). Every assembly undergoes rigorous testing: 100% pressure proof testing, helium mass-spectrometer leak testing for ultra-tight integrity, X-ray or dye-penetrant inspection of welds, and, when required, vibration and thermal cycle testing.

Vertically Integrated Manufacturing
We control the entire process in-house – from forming thin-wall tubing and corrugating bellows, to braiding wire and machining end fittings, all the way through welding and final assembly. This vertical integration yields superior quality control and gives us the agility to custom-tailor solutions quickly for each customer’s needs.
